This will be the 3rd Annual 5k Road Race hosted by CrossFit Torque. Same location as last year - our very own CrossFit Torque parking lot is the starting and finish line!
This 3.1 mile course has a downhill start to the race, that leads into the next relatively flat 2.1 miles, finishing with an uphill battle to the finish line!

COURSE INFORMATION
The 5k course will begin at 127 Washington Street in CrossFit Torque's parking lot, travel down East St, Left onto Route 140 all the way until Federico Drive, turning around in the cul de sac. Returning back Route 140 North, up East St and back into the parking lot of Chace & Torque across the finish line!
The route is not necessarily 'stroller friendly' - feel free to drive the route prior to the race and make your own decision!.
TANK OR TEE!
Unisex Tee-Shirts and Tank Tops will only be guaranteed for ALL participants that register before May 24, 2023.
After that date we cannot guarantee you will receive a shirt or the size that you requested.
PARKING INFO
Parking on race day will only be available at "Lot A" located directly on Route 1. Refer to the map on our website for an exact location. All runners (and guests) must park there, then walk along the grass into CrossFit Torque's parking lot.
